Ayurveda mother of all healing.

Ayurveda is the earliest medicine system of India. It is said that Ayurveda was developed in India about 5000 years ago. Unlike other medicinal systems, Ayurveda focuses more on healthy living than the treatment of diseases.

The main concept of Ayurveda is that it personalizes the healing process.

Ayurveda is a discipline of the unpaved or “auxiliary knowledge” in Vedic tradition. The origins of Ayurveda are also found in Atharvaveda.

The Vedic philosophy proved that human beings are part of Nature. Ayurveda is also known as healthy and illness free life. Ayurvedic science does not merely deal with medical science but it’s scope goes much beyond the universe of conventional science.

It also includes factors like herbal medicine, body works, and surgery apart from the social, psychological, ethical, spiritual and intellectual life of human beings.

Make your body happy with Dhira Ayurveda

How?

In traditional Indian Ayurveda, there are mainly three types of body types, Vata, Pitta and Kapha.

The doshas are described as biological energies found throughout the human body and mind. They govern the physical and mental processes and provide every living being with an individual blueprint for health and fulfilment. These doshas originated from five elements of nature and their related property.

According to Ayurveda, if the percentage of doshas in your current state is close to your birth constitution, then you remain energetic and healthy. Any imbalance or divergence between these states can lead you to feel sick and unhealthy. In Ayurveda, vikruti is the term used to describe this imbalance.
