Ayurveda detox
– level 1
As per Ayurveda, every individual consists of the tridoshas, Vata, Pitta and Kapha, which determine various functioning of the body when it is in balance. This workshop is valuable to the person who wants to release toxins from their body.
We designed these workshops with two levels of detox, one for four days and one for seven days. These detox programmes are an excellent way to start the new year with new energy.

Ayurvedic detox
– level 2
During the pandemic, we may have experienced mindless eating, stress, anger, aggression, anxiety, nervousness and felt a loss of patience. In this period everyone has had some kind of stress and this stressful situation can create toxins in our mind and for our well-being.
A simple 7-Day Ayurvedic Cleanse resets our digestive system, rejuvenates the body, and helps to create sustainable weight loss and lasting energy. It is also suitable for pacifying and rebalancing each mind-body constitution to remove dosha.
The cleansing procedures of Ayurveda are called Panchakarma. At this level of detoxification, you will understand the Ayurvedic way to detox in 7 days.
What is detoxification?
Detoxes are meant to be a routine part of restoring balance to your health. Many students of Ayurveda not only follow traditional nourishment but also engage in traditional detoxes that are believed to rid the body and mind of toxins, ultimately preventing illnesses.
Some Ayurvedic sources recommend detoxing at the start of each season to rid your body of toxins, or Ama, that may have accumulated during the previous season from food, stress, and other factors. The traditional Ayurvedic detox involves herbs, supplements, purges, enemas, bloodletting, and a dietary regimen, as well as stress-relieving lifestyle practices like meditation and massage.
An Ayurvedic detox helps cleanse your body of contaminants and promotes overall health.

Skincare experts advise on a facial massage at home 2-3 times a week. However, gentle massaging every day for 5-10 minutes does no harm to your skin. It helps in promoting blood circulation and fading fine lines over time.
Self head massage
A scalp massage is a head massage designed to relax the mind and encourage circulation. Many times, tension is felt within the head and neck, so scalp massages can be very effective as a stress reducer. Ayurvedic winter healing food
In this workshop, you will learn about the Ayurvedic diet that gives you ways to stay warm and healthy in this winter season. Food is an important part of our lives, our health, vitality, energy and constitution.
Dosha balance or imbalances are dependent on food, this may change your lifestyle and energy.
According to Ayurveda Ritucharya (seasonal regimen), the winter season holds the perfect remedy to the fast-paced mobility of the summer and fall.
This is a time to rest, reflect, clench space, conception, hibernate, and withdraw some of your outwardly-focused energy and redirect it inward.
Ayurveda recognizes winter as a Kapha season with strong Vata undertone. It is characterized by cold weather, a sense of heaviness, increased moisture (usually in the form of rain or snow), cloud-covered days, and the grounded, slow feeling that sends many animals into hibernation. These are all qualities shared by Kapha dosha, which is why winter is considered, primarily, as a Kapha season.
